Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant Specialist to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in Ancaster.

The successful candidate will have experience in maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
  • Reconcile Bank Statements: Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting to provide insights for business decision-making.
  • Process Accounts Payable and Receivable: Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable to maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, to manage financial transactions and generate reports.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
