**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)**:
- Maximize profitability and scale for Wise Publishing, Inc. and partners through a deep understanding of partners' business goals and how our solutions can achieve desired results.
- Maintain Wise Publishing’s CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Represent Wise Publishing, Inc. at conferences, meetings, and industry events as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues related to reporting, contracts, and billing.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition process.
- Regularly communicate with clients to maximize revenue growth and align digital strategies.
- Create scalable advertiser service delivery processes to meet and exceed efficiency metrics.
- Build strong relationships with key partners and strategize new business initiatives.
- Optimize processes to ensure repeatability and efficiency, ultimately driving ROI.
- Analyze data consistently to ensure client success and adapt strategies based on findings.
- Provide regular reporting to clients, internal teams, and leadership.
**Qualifications (Who you are)**:
- Education: A University or college degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field of study is considered an asset
- Experience: 3-5 years of Account Management experience, preferably in an agency setting managing multiple clients
- Experience building and maintaining strong, long-term, positive relationships with partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication for effective partner interaction and issue resolution
- Strong project management skills
- Skilled in identifying partner opportunities and contributing to revenue growth strategies
- Ability to organize, analyze, and draw insights from large sets of data
- Intermediate Excel capabilities: formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
- Effective time management and adaptability to dynamic changes
- Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing or Digital Marketing is strongly preferred
- Experience managing CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or similar) is preferred
