The incumbent is responsible to create and input all Purchase Orders and Stock keeping units for products purchased. Manage and assist with a variety of general office activities and data entry.

**FULL TIME - 1 Year CONTRACT**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Create purchase orders and item cards
- Administer office operations, assist with the maintenance of payroll, filling systems and other administrative duties
- Track and document product arrivals
- Send interdepartmental communications regarding processing status of deliveries
- Maintain the departmental standards of both internal and external lines of communication
- Coordinates pre-stickering with those vendors supporting the process
- Prints price/barcode labels
- Adjusts inventory in systems, as required

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- At least 6-12 months of past perpetual inventory experience.
- Must have experience with perpetual inventory software; Microsoft NAV Dynamics experience preferred. Must also possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formula formation etc.).
- Proven attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable with mathematical calculations and analyzing/interpreting data. Must have past experience with financial data and preparing financial statements. Familiarly with month end reconciliations, profit/loss accounting (P&L) is necessary.
