To oversee the Beach and Millpond Attendants who assist the guest with Millpond Rentals, Beach Rentals, serving food products and to set up of the beach area. The Supervisor works closely with the Rental Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the Beach and Mill Pond run safely and smoothly for the benefit of both the guests and employees.

**SEASONAL FULL-TIME**

**WAGE $20.50/HOUR**

**WHAT **WILL I BE DOING?**
- To provide a high-quality experience and presentation for the guest by assisting the Management team in all areas of the Beach and Mill Pond Operation.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the department.
- Assist in onboarding and training of attendants.
- Motivate staff through example and leadership skills.
- Coach and performance manage staff throughout the season.
- Able to act quickly to rectify any unforeseen emergencies or guest related issues.
- Follow budgets closely and adjust labour accordingly
- Delegate jobs to staff accordingly and establish follow-up procedures.
- Ensure staff levels are maintained for an efficient operation, ensuring tasks are carried out on time while maintaining excellent levels of service
- Ensure all staff are adhering to proper rental procedures; lifejacket fitting, boat loading/unloading, completed waivers
- Maintain all beach and mill pond equipment and rentals to ensure a safe guest experience.
- Facilitate sales, rentals, food, and beverage items (BBQ and convenience snacks).
- Monitor chair and picnic area presentation.
- Work well with families and kids by engaging, entertaining, and inspiring great memories through these areas.
- Enforce all beach and mill pond policies (i.e. no smoking, no drinking or BBQ's on the beach).
- Maintain cleanliness, and storage of all equipment and supplies. (may include tidying washrooms, cleaning floors, emptying garbage's)

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- 1-2 years of previous leadership experience an asset
- Must be a team player, customer service driven, friendly and outgoing.
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Must remain focused & be thorough with assigned tasks.
- Past customer service experience.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Flexible work schedule (must be able to work a variety of shifts including, weekends, evenings, and holidays)
