This position is responsible for assisting with instructional classes and lifeguarding situations. Primarily responsible for the supervision of facility features, such as the rope, diving platform, and slides, and assisting the front desk as required.

**Seasonal - Full or Part Time Hours**

**Hourly Rate: $17.45/hr**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Welcome all guests/owners to the pool areas
- Regularly ensure pool decks, chairs, hot tubs areas and equipment are clean, well-organized and presentable
- Maintain superior customer service to Resort guests/owners in order to ensure a smooth daily operation
- Be an ambassador for the Resort and consistently deliver superior customer service
- Follow-up on guest requests, questions and concerns in a prompt and attentive manner
- Enforce pool rules including but not limited to smoking, drinking and reserving chairs
- Document any damage or maintenance deficiencies and missing inventory items to the Pool Supervisor
- Regularly audit life safety equipment and update as necessary
- Clean pool and hot tubs and perform chemical readings
- Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety Regulations as well as emergency procedures
