Administrative Assistant

**Position Responsibilities**:
- Perform various clerical tasks to include planning and coordinating meetings, trainings, events and travel arrangements.
- Adapt and adjust schedules / plans when last-minute changes are needed.
- Generate and distribute schedules, presentations, reports and scorecards.
- Maintain and update various documents, meeting minutes, contact lists, training materials and internal communications.
- Coordinate departmental human resource activities (including payroll) and manage relevant documentation.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
