**Responsibilities**:
As our Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinating with our field staff to schedule appointments and dispatch technicians.
- Handling general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assisting with billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The following qualifications are required:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
