**The Role**

Our company is a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial resale business, currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Sudbury, ON. Reporting directly to the Controller, this person’s role is outlined below.

**Responsibilities**
- Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate person
- Provide support to both the administration and sales teams
- Complete data entry tasks and filing
- Other administrative duties as required

**Qualifications**
- College Diploma in accounting, business administration or related field considered an asset
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Excellent written, verbal communication and collaborative skills
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office
- High proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work as a group and independently
- Strong organizational and Interpersonal skills

**Compensation**
- Salary commensurate with education and experience
- Employer paid health and dental plan
- Group RRSP with employer matching plan

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
