**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Client Acquisition**: Proactively engage with prospective clients, identifying their private aviation needs and offering customized charter solutions.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and brokers to foster repeat business.
- **Lead Management**: Manage and track leads through our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and a professional client experience.
- **Consultative Selling**: Provide expert advice on aircraft options, pricing, and logistics to help clients make informed decisions.
- **Market Expertise**: Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to position our services competitively.
- **Operational Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings, from initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up.

- **Experience**: Proven track record in sales, preferably within luxury goods, private aviation, or travel industries.
