**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1) Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set sales objectives, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

2) Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management.

3) Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the team to understand customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4) Sales Performance Monitoring:

- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Implement corrective actions and strategies to address performance gaps and optimize sales processes.
- Leverage CRM data to focus activities and increase deal closure rates.

5) Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the water industry.
- Use market intelligence to develop sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth.

6) Collaboration with Marketing:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Provide input on product positioning, promotional activities, and lead generation efforts.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of modern sales strategies and techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
