Burnaby, Canada GTA Field Techs Inc. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Set up and troubleshoot network connections and printers
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new user accounts
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and software licenses
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and policies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and security protocols is a plus
