**A Little Bit About Us**
Founded in 2016 in Vancouver, Canada, FORM is the sports technology company behind the FORM Smart Swim Goggles, a pair of premium swim goggles with a see-through, augmented-reality display that delivers performance metrics in real time. For the first time, swimmers and triathletes using our goggles can see real-time visual feedback, with metrics like split times, distance, stroke rate, pace per 100, and calories displayed directly in the swimmer’s line of sight - in pools, open water, and swim spas.
Since launch in 2019, our goggles have won many awards, including RedDot, iF Design Award, Global Triathlon Award, and many more. Pro-athletes, age group triathletes, and any swimmer looking to improve love what we're doing and are proud to use our goggles. We have an amazing team of people who are fun to work with and serious about what they do, leveraging decades of combined expertise in consumer products, ranging from sports eyewear design to interface design to activity tracking algorithms.
**Position Overview**
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Leverage website analytics, research and other data sources to understand performance and customer interaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and testing
- Responsible for listing management on Amazon marketplaces including product content and brand store, keyword optimization, product titles, and setting up promotions
- Participate in development and refinement of site UX and website capabilities in alignment with growth strategies. Responsibilities may include research, requirements gathering, briefing, design review, QA and UAT
- Review weekly ecommerce performance to identify opportunities for optimization
- Keep all reporting and tracking up to date. Set up new tags and tracking in GTM
- Develop and execute SEO strategy, working in collaboration with external agencies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and creative team members to build and execute campaigns and sales
- Troubleshoot order issues in collaboration with supply chain and customer service teams
- Maintain documentation relevant to website operations and processes
- Support digital marketing and channel expansion efforts
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of B2C ecommerce experience
- Previous experience using Shopify, Amazon and or other ecommerce platforms on a daily basis
- Extensive experience briefing, reviewing and uploading website content and assets
- Understanding of key ecommerce KPIs and how to optimize for them
- Familiar with best practices for web content, conversion optimization, site hierarchy and organization, accessibility and site speed optimization
- Google analytics experience
- both analysis and set-up
- Experience with building and executing on SEO strategies
- Understanding of how to work with design and technical teams to build and operate websites
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Understanding of ecommerce supply chain and fulfillment
- Knowledgeable of UAT best practices
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Analytically driven, with proven success in translating data into insights and action
- You have strong communication skills and a track record of strong collaboration across teams
- Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing business conditions and priorities
**Nice To Have Skills**
- UX/UI or web development experience
- Familiarity with JIRA and confluence
- Experience in fast-paced, energetic startup environment
