eCommerce Operations Specialist III

Are you passionate about eCommerce and always looking to improve operational processes and partnerships?

As the eCommerce Operations Specialist III you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Technology, Data & Analytics, and eCommerce teams, managing programs that are intended to bring efficiencies to financial processes and activities.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

Make a difference on our eCommerce Operations team as a eCommerce Operations Specialist III

What you’ll do:

- Create, manage, and evolve programs intended to bring efficiencies to planning functions such as license renewals, initiative intake and valuation, budgeting, operational efficiency tracking, and more.
- Maintain a calendar of finance activities, and keep teams informed of current and upcoming work and deadlines.
- Execute administrative functions such as invoice processing, purchase order intake, debit balance reporting, and payment reconciliations.
- Act as a liaison between Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, and external teams to plan activities and solve problems.
- Collaborate closely with the eCommerce Operations community to establish and achieve community objectives.

What we’re looking for:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, program management, and cross-functional planning.
- Experience with P&L reporting, and capital and expense reporting.
- Experience with managing technology costs, and related invoicing processes and reporting.
- Proven track record of program management and process improvements.
- Strong understanding of business tools such as Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Confluence.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.

$63,000.00 - $68,000.00
