We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Mississauga. As we continue to revolutionize the way people find and book help for everyday tasks through our platform, we need a passionate individual to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
**SEO Optimization**
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive website and mobile app traffic.
- Perform detailed keyword research and integrate it into our content strategy.
- Conduct thorough SEO audits and implement technical SEO improvements.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and landing pages for search engines.

**SEM Implementation**
- Plan, create, and manage effective SEM campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for SEM campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure maximum ROI.

**Digital Marketing Strategy**
- Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels to drive customer acquisition for our web and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to track, report, and improve digital marketing performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Performance Analysis and Reporting**
- Generate and analyze reports on SEO, SEM, and overall digital marketing performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO practices, keyword research tools, and SEO auditing tools.
- Hands-on experience with SEM and PPC campaign management.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and content optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot Inbound Marketing are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
- Ability to work with developers to implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance.
- Experience with content creation and optimization for web and mobile platforms.
