Overview of the Digital Customer Account Manager Role

The Digital Customer Account Manager will be an essential part of each client's account team at Measure Marketing Results Inc. You'll be the day-to-day point of contact and drive all campaigns and projects for a client. Our company is currently operating 100% virtually and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future, offering flexibility in your work location.

Main Responsibilities of the Job
  • You will be responsible for client campaigns/projects from conception to launch and driving results and return on investment. As a digital marketing consultant, you'll act as the key point of contact for our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with inbound marketing developments and make appropriate recommendations to team members and clients.
  • Manage and evaluate client campaigns on an ongoing basis, ensuring they align with the client's objectives.
  • Develop and conceptualize sales, marketing, and retention strategies and programs for clients, working closely with our internal team to bring them to life.
  • Meet with clients regularly to review performance, discuss plans, make recommendations, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with our digital marketing specialists who execute inbound marketing solutions aligned with a client's marketing objectives.
  • Review and manage work completed by other digital marketing team members and content writers, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Contribute to critical internal business initiatives and projects, from process optimization to researching/testing new strategies.
  • You'll participate in weekly team meetings and engage in other team activities, depending on COVID-19 restrictions and your location.
  • A strong understanding of numbers and data analysis is crucial, as you'll communicate metrics, plan action items, and develop future strategies around them.

Requirements for Success in This Role
  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional account management experience, handling multiple clients, and marketing agency experience is essential.
  • 1-3 years of experience in search marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and social media or content marketing.
  • Strong self-regulation and time management skills are necessary to work effectively with various clients.
  • Ability to multitask and balance multiple project timelines.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
