Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and interact with the community.
- Monitor website analytics and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the semiconductor internship space.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX designer and web developer to ensure consistent branding and user experience across all digital channels.
- Identify and leverage partnerships, influencers, and industry associations to expand our platform's reach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for the tech industry and the drive to create a meaningful impact in the semiconductor internship space.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing for job portals, career development platforms, or the tech industry is a plus.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: $50.00-$80.00 per hour
