In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our showroom. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, providing product information, assisting with their selection process, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role offers excellent growth opportunities within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients as they enter the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Provide detailed information about EcoTech’s range of windows and doors.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Set up and coordinate appointments for our sales team with potential customers.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
- Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle client inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, in a courteous and professional manner.
- Record client interactions and appointment details accurately in our CRM system.
- Learn and efficiently use our CRM software to manage client information and appointment schedules.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
