**Job Description**:
AECOM is hiring a Project Information Specialist to provide general project management and operations assistance to the Buildings and Places (B+P) business line. This position will be based out of one of our GTA-based or Sudbury offices and is a Full-time role.

The following tasks and responsibilities would be part of this role:
+ Handling and coordinating day-to-day tasks for Operations Managers, Program Managers and others on the project management team

+ Assist Operations Managers with monthly workload and financial projections

+ Assist Project Managers with project controls including project tracking, financial analysis and project billing

+ Documentation includes reports, specifications, manuals, meeting notes, letters and proposals

+ Managing appointments, meetings, and conferences

+ Organizing travel arrangements

+ Preparing presentations, reports, proposals and correspondence

+ Managing filing systems

+ Support for expenses, coordinates meetings, assists in the monitoring of quality control and coordinates contract execution. Liaising with clients

+ Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards, and procedures for their company or department

+ Assist in training and onboarding new hires

+ Organize project-wide, corporate and internal meetings and events

+ Acting as a point of contact for phone calls and correspondence

+ Place monthly orders for food, snacks, and office supplies as required for project meetings, as back-up to the administrator

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum requirements**:
+ Bachelors Degree + 6 years of experience in project administration OR Technical Diploma + 8 years of experience in project administration

**Preferred Qualifications**:
+ 10 years of experience highly preferred.

**+ Proficient in the MS suite**: MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

+ Proficient with SharePoint

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Excellent organizational skills - multitasking and ability to effectively coordinate tasks. Developed planning skills.

+ Diplomacy - working with multiple senior level employees across multiple organizations

+ Adaptability

+ Proficiency and flexibility with different software systems

+ Discretion - as this person will be working with highly confidential matters

+ Ability to understand technical concepts

+ Engineering or technical education and understanding is ideal

Additional Information

+ Relocation is not available for this position.

+ Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.

+ Offered rate of compensation in Markham, ON will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $109,582.56
