Position OverviewAs an Administrative Support Specialist, your role will be crucial in contributing to the overall success of one or more Wealth Advisors by ensuring a high standard of client service through effective administration and daily trading operations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure efficient client administration by overseeing all administrative processes and addressing escalations that require thorough investigation.
- Consistently demonstrate exceptional levels of client service by:
- Assisting the advisor in regular portfolio reviews, including executing client trades as directed by the client or Advisor and identifying client needs.
- Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating client transactions promptly and effectively.
Provide marketing support by coordinating materials, events, and seminars to identify and cultivate opportunities for asset and revenue growth. Support business development by managing tracking reports for Wealth Advisors to assess targets, recommendations, and financial strategies. Foster effective working relationships across various departments and business lines by actively collaborating and sharing knowledge and expertise.
QualificationsWe would be pleased to consider you if you possess:
- Experience in the securities sector.
- Current registration as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
