Victoria Gymnastics is looking to hire a part time customer service administrator. We are extremely proud of the work environment we have created and are looking to build our team with someone who fits within our culture.

We are a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role within the business. It is important to us that everyone has the opportunity to express their thoughts, ideas and help implement good policy.

General duties include, but are not limited to:

- Interacting with a **large**volume of children, customers on the phone, online and in person (Limited in person contact due to Covid 19 from behind plexi glass and speaker)
- Maintenance of database via proprietary and industry standard software including placing students in appropriate classes based on client needs
- Scheduling
- Fee collection
- Staff administration
- Filing

**Preference will be given to those who have the following**:

- Customer service experience
- Word, Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets experience, accurate typing and speed is an asset
- Is available to work at both of our locations, Downtown and/or WestShore

Experience not required - on site training will be offered

Schedule:

- 4.5 - 6 hour shifts (flexible)
- Saturday & Sunday (weeknights also available)

COVID-19 considerations: All students and staff are recommended to wear a mask within the facility (office) when working in partnership. Regular sanitization of equipment and high touch surfaces, etc.
