**What you’ll be working on**:
Beyond cold-calls and lead-follow-ups, you understand how thorough, mindful research and friendly, knowledgable outreach can help determine not only potential new customers, but how their business’ pain points, plans and preferences could benefit from ONR’s strategy.

You’ll work closely with our client leads, welcoming and following-up with new clients, initializing and booking discovery appointments, developing and implementing sales channel plans, engaging with interested parties through our social media portals, and maintaining schedules, records, and specific KPIs.

**What you bring to the team**:

- A confident, curious, and motivated attitude. You’re serious about leaning in, reaching out, and following up.
- Diploma or certificate in marketing or business administration, 2+ years in a customer service role, or 1+ years of proven lead generation experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS capacity.
- Experience working with CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, Insightly, etc.
- A customer-centric and empathetic approach, no matter how busy the day. You understand customers’ pain points and are genuinely invested in their success, and you’re willing to go the extra mile to determine how our solutions can work for them.
- Solid research and organizational skills, including an unflagging attention to detail and commitment to continual improvement.
- Next-level time and priority management skills - you have what it takes to keep lots of plates spinning
- The willingness to support and contribute to a friendly, collaborative and diverse team culture.

**Additional details**:
Full-time, day shift, Monday to Friday.
Initial training and onboarding are to be 100% in-office. Long term, this role can (optionally) move to 3 days/week in the office, with 2 days WFH.
