Administrative Assistant

**Location**: Aurora, ON - on-site
**Pay**: $20/hour
**Company Overview**
ELMRIDGE designs and manufactures technical flow fluid products for various customers and industries, including Water and Wastewater Treatment to Mining, Chemical, and Petrochemical production.
**Position Summary**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Administer all A/R and A/P responsibilities via QuickBooks, such as employee payroll, billing, invoicing, processing payments, receiving and depositing cheques, and more
- Attend to various administrative duties, including scanning and filing documents, creating invoices, maintaining office inventory, handling mail distribution, and more
- Perform order entry duties to input customer information and orders into QuickBooks
- Assist with the company’s shipping needs, such as creating shipping labels using various electronic systems, scheduling pickups, preparing packing slips, and more
- Other duties are required
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Completion of a post-secondary education in business administration or related field preferred
- 1-3 years experience working in the administrative field or other related field
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- Experience using QuickBooks required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
