Gordon R Williams Corp. is a leader in the Canadian HVAC market. We provide customers with quality products. We specialize in providing the Hospitality & Senior Living markets with HVAC equipment. We also provide cost-effective Energy Management
Integration solutions.

Specific brands we provide include units such as the GE Zoneline, Hotpoint & Applied Comfort PTACs. We also provide the Honeywell & Verdant Energy management solutions.

The Movincool Spot Cooling line of products is an area we focus on growing within various other market segments.

As a distributor, installer and integrator of various manufacturers’ products, we are well positioned as a true trusted advisor for our customers ensuring success to their projects.

Account Executive -
The AE position is responsible for managing, maintaining and growing our target client base by cultivating business direct through all channels. The AE is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, proactive account management, outstanding customer service while driving sales in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner. We leverage the commission program for a seasoned sales person who knows how to sell and has confidence in doing so to maximize their target income.
- Acting as the account manager, the AE becomes a consultant, negotiator and partner to the existing and new account customer base
- Manage the day to day relationship within existing customer base and new business development - target - all hotelier brands and flags
- Achieve personal Gross Profit sales targets and quotas
- Find / create incremental business opportunities and drive closure within dedicated customer account base
- Drive growth of all of GRW product lines applicable to the target market
- Consult with prospective customers and assist in overcoming business problems they face through consultative selling
- Efficient processing of quote and order requests received in a timely and efficient manner

Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Community college diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry
- Must have experience reading mechanical drawings and equipment take-offs
- Must be able to understand the HVAC industry and build proper customer recommendations
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship build
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- An ability to generate professional and complete customer quotes
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both individually
- Capable of working with team members on customer solutions as needed
- Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task and get issues done accurately and quickly with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency in MS Office tools - Outlook, Word, Excel
