Peartree Group Property Management is a family run small property management group. We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Leasing agent to manage the growth and expansion of the business and the leasing of our properties. The position will include completing move in and move out inspections on units, writing sales copy for online advertisements, developing leads, and closing sales. We are looking for someone who is organized and excels in sales. This position requires quick thinking/learning. You must be quick to follow up on incoming leads and proactive in sourcing your own. You must be collaborative and open to learning new paths to success, as well as comfort in defending your own. You must be able to learn a new property quickly and be able to articulate it to a potential owner/tenant/management team with ease and use the same quick learning skills to assist in the onboarding of new clients. You will need to use your instincts to assess the quality of owners/tenants for bringing them into the Peartree group, booking viewings, and for recommendations on if they would be good owners/tenants.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responding to leads

Managing the existing relationships with current clients

Onboarding new clients/selling them the right package for them

Scheduling viewings/walkthroughs

Building your own lead pipeline

Expanding the referral network

Setting up your functional calendar for online viewing bookings

Showing units

Offering feedback on unit and potential tenants

Completing move out and move in surveys using our provided inspection tools

Making recommendations about inspections and unit needs regarding maintenance and repairs

Who Are You?

You are a well-spoken organized sales professional who is looking for a lucrative full-time position. You have experience in real estate, sales, contracting, or property management industry who is looking to keep busy. You must be tech savvy and onboard information quickly. Must possess strong ethics and common sense.

Desired skills and backgrounds:
Comfort with Microsoft works suite

Comfort with new apps and programs

Reliable transportation

Well-spoken/written (both official languages desired)

History in sales/customer service a must

Detail oriented

Willing to work occasional evening and weekends

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
