Leasing Manager

Maebrook Cambridge Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Leasing Manager.
You will be assisting in the management of commercial real estate, contractual obligations and deliverables as well as achieving high client service. The duties are not an exhaustive list and are intended to provide a description of principal job elements.
- Advertise & show units
- Negotiate lease terms
- Perform tenant screenings
- Provide ongoing updates for property owners and their representatives.
- Oversee the contractors completing large scale renovations.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants & the owners when necessary
- Collecting information when needed, reporting progress and provide input on contractor payments
- Providing the latest market knowledge in management meetings
- Promoting and advertising the available properties
- Collecting deposits and rental payments
- Negotiating and closing deals on the leasing terms and conditions
- Coordinating with the Property Manager
- Staying updates on latest property developments and market status of the area
As a Leasing Manager, you should possess outstanding communication, high levels of organization and a result-driven approach. Answering all queries is a primary task for this position. You should be able to negotiate with clients and maintain strong relationships with them.
**Requirements**:
High School Diploma
Work experience as Leasing Manager, Leasing Agent, or similar experience
Proven sales record will be an advantage
A valid Lease/Real License
Excellent Knowledge of Occupational Safter and Health Administrative (OSHA) requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Good marketing and negotiating skills
Ability to work under stressful conditions
Sound knowledge of property management technology
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $37,500.00 per year
