**THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL**
We’re looking for a strategic leader to play a pivotal role in driving the overall strategy and execution of a consumer strategy for GreenShield by defining and implementing innovative strategies aimed at creating new products and services, enhancing loyalty and consumer impact, and driving the overall business forward.
You will act as the central point, coordinating with various teams to oversee the entire development process, from the initial concept to the build and launch of new consumer-focused products, services, partnerships and overall experiences. You will work with the product, technology, regulatory, marketing, and other cross-functional teams on research, concept definition, user experience, product requirements & build, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives to accelerate our customer transformation, drive business growth, and deepen our engagement with consumers.
- Spearhead consumer research initiatives to discern emerging trends, untapped needs, and opportunities to better cater to various consumer segments.
- Identify pivotal growth strategies, understand their evolution over time, and oversee their implementation.
- Foster strong collaboration across departments, including product, marketing, legal & regulatory, data and technology, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic goals.
- Scout, establish and manage a broad range of external partnerships.
- Implement a robust performance measurement framework to track the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators and strategy updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Proven track record (8-10 years or equivalent) in a strategic role driving innovation within large and complex environments, ideally in health or digital health.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, able to identify opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex strategic projects, with a track record of advancing new ideas and products from early conception through to pilot and launch.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, consistently delivering on project deliverables in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
