**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients within the financial industry. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop targeted strategies for business development.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and pain points to effectively position our products and services as solutions.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our leads and calls in addressing client requirements.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, addressing any concerns or objections to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- **Account Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process and beyond. Ensure smooth transitions and ongoing communication to foster long-term relationships and maximize client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: $57,009.00-$85,000.00 per year
