Reporting to the platform lead, you will be responsible for the features supporting our Consumer Strategy and enabling new ways for individuals to access, engage and get rewarded for care. You’ll partner with GreenShield Consumer Strategy Group, Product and cross-functional teams to introduce new products and services delivered on our integrated payer-provider platform. You’ll play a key supporting role in creating new products/services, enhancing loyalty and consumer impact, and driving the overall business forward.
**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Lead the development and execution of consumer-centric products that align with the overall business strategy and goals.
- Own the prioritization and roadmapping of features for new health products/services.
- Develop experiments and key features to drive engagement and conversion of new product/service offerings on our platform.
- Oversee the Consumer Strategy product roadmap and user journey on our platform.
- Support and facilitate partner discussions and evaluate build, buy, partner requirements.
- Define the key metrics and associated measurement framework.
- Work with the legal and compliance teams to ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Tactically drive prioritization on a sprint-to-sprint basis while also strategically contributing to long-term product strategy.
- Collaborate daily with design and engineering teams to identify and deliver on the product vision and objectives.
- Effectively communicate strategy and roadmap for a non-technical audience, in verbal and written form, including presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into product development.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture, Engineering, and Cloud Services teams.
- Work with operations, marketing and sales to support go-to-market of new product/service launches.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of product management, encompassing operational readiness, customer support, product operations, and analytics.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; ability to make data-driven decisions and build strong business cases to drive recommendations for action.
- A strong systems thinker with the ability to understand the full customer journey and the integrations required across a product portfolio.
- Write and develop clear specs to describe functionality in sufficient detail for stakeholders to understand the feature and for engineers to build the feature.
- Work with design to create wireframes both on your own and in coordination with the design team leading to creating high quality UI that meets user and company objectives.
- Ability to articulate strategy, goals and objectives to inspire designers and developer to the right solution.
- The ability to make the right implementation trade-off decisions in getting a feature built and launched on schedule with a low incidence of bugs.
- The ability to QA a feature and product to ensure a high-quality launch, across all devices, and applicable use cases.
- The ability to triage and prioritize the severity of bugs and make recommendations for whether something is a launch blocker or not.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-4+ years of product management experience; preferably some experience managing mobile products and/or experience working in a consumer-facing industry.
