The Senior Consumer Insights Manager will lead the development of strategies for Canada's favorite Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). This role focuses on uncovering meaningful consumer insights to grow Canadians' connection with the brand and create the best menu and guest experience.

This position is ideal for strong communicators who are technically skilled in market research methodologies and always look for new and innovative ways to address business challenges. The ideal candidate must be an excellent multitasker, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have an infectious enthusiasm for the guest and their food preferences.

This one-year contract role reports to the Consumer Insights Senior Director and involves:

  • Developing forward-thinking research plans that support the company's three-year strategy
  • Proactively identifying business issues and bringing fresh perspectives to address opportunities
  • Influencing key stakeholders across the business and ensuring consumer insights inform decision-making
  • Taking ownership of assigned projects and portfolios
  • Exploring new research methodologies and tools
  • Building relationships with internal business partners, research suppliers, and agencies
  • Leading the development, execution, and evaluation of custom research projects and analyzing syndicated studies
  • Presenting results to key customers and stakeholders using compelling storytelling and data analysis

The ideal candidate must possess minimum five years of experience in consumer insights roles, preferably from the client side. Experience leading custom research projects, extensive market research skills, and strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Retail/QSR experience is an asset.

Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 CAD
