**The role.**
The Office Manager & Accounting Specialist position requires a good working knowledge of business operations. You will be required to use your own initiative and time management to maintain stock levels, facilitate automotive repairs, book business trips, assist with HR, and all aspects of the Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable process.
**Responsibilities.**
- The go-to person for all office related issues.
- Full cycle Accounts Receivable, including credit checks and collections.
- Full cycle Accounts Payable.
- Manage the accounting inbox, phone line, and mail.
- Weekly and monthly accounting reports and costs allocations.
- Facilitate bimonthly payroll.
- Arrange and book travel for business trips.
- Full cycle HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits management.
- Run point on our HACCP certification including annual audits.
- Coordinate all service contractors including phones, internet, security, insurance, pest control, janitorial, hydro, gas cards, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of boardroom, lunchroom, and showroom.
- Plan monthly socials or lunches.
- Coordinate clothing orders for the team semiannually (or as needed).
- Anything else required of this role.
**Requirements.**
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school education.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Strong work ethic, organization skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Experience with ERP software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
