**Position Overview**: You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across both our office and warehouse environments. This role involves a mix of administrative duties, including managing supplier communications and processing orders, as well as hands-on warehouse responsibilities such as order preparation and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Office Administrative Duties:_
- Process and transmit purchase orders to suppliers in a timely manner.
- Manage and track orders, ensuring accurate and efficient product availability.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues related to orders, credits, and returns.
- Maintain and update product information within our system.
- Warehouse Duties:_
- Prepare and organize orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update records as needed.
- Handle processing of credits, returns, and RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) with suppliers.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with receiving shipments and organizing stock.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in an office administrative role and/or warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in both office and warehouse settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software and warehouse management systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

**Work Environment**:

- This position involves working in both an office environment and a warehouse setting.
