**Your focus**:

- Lead your district towards outstanding performance.
- Craft and implement district-specific plans to drive client growth, enhance revenue.
- Resolve client complaints promptly and elevate the overall client experience overall.
- Manage fiscal-year budgets maximizing efficiency and productivity.
- Spearhead local business development events to promote our brand.
- Hire and train a team of talented seasonal and off-season Associates.
- Contribute to our strategic retail footprint analysis.
- Stay updated of the competition to provide strategic recommendations to maintain our competitive edge.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, and 5 years experience in a retail environment or a relevant combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional results within tight deadlines.
- An analytical mindset and a natural inclination towards generating innovative solutions.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and to travel up to 50% during Tax Season.
- Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and current, valid vehicle insurance.
