**Hours**: Monday - Thursday (8:30am-5:30pm), Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
**Salary**: Based upon experience

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective & active clients
- Accurately schedule legal files/matters
- Ensure confidentiality of all corporate & client information
- Provide professional correspondence with the courts, agents, clients & co-workers
- Review and draft legal documents
- Request necessary documentation from the courts (e.g., disclosure)
- Conduct legal research
- Verify agent invoices
- Comply with all corporate policies & procedures
- Assist with other clerical duties such as: data entry, archiving & maintaining company records
**Qualifications**:
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail
- Must have experience in administrative functions & customer service
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of previous administrative experience (required)
- Previous experience in the legal sector is an asset
