YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Directly support and collaborate with the Director of Sales, and other teammates to define, implement and manage BZAM’s overall sales strategy, working closely with the marketing and sales team to define sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing department to develop and enhance our brand execution in store, identifying new opportunities to create and increase brand awareness and brand exposure at the retail level.
- Implement and execute on company marketing initiatives to drive awareness, sell through of products and to develop a loyal customer base;
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships with customers, vendors and stakeholders; deliver a consistent exceptional customer experience in all interactions and transactions.
- Identify distribution opportunities by building and strengthening partnerships that maximize sales volume through distribution, visibility and service;
- Generate compliant sponsorship opportunities, as well as new sales leads through a ‘hunter’ mentality.
- Effectively create, implement, and manage a budget to increase sales volume and manage necessary sales expenses within the allocated budget.
- Maintain and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics/targets for the territory.
- Develop a sales route plan and map for the territory to maximize efficiency within the assigned sales territory.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent experience;-
- Qualified Cannabis Worker Certified (QCW) & SellSafe Certified mandatory.-
- Exceptional organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.-
- The ability to cultivate relationships with accounts/customers and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences across all channels.-
- The motivation to thrive while working independently and remotely.-
- Previous success in growing brand awareness and brand recognition within a given region, while using innovative strategies.-
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.-
- Access to a vehicle and a valid Provincial Driver’s License with a clean driver abstract; and-
- The ability to travel in the region up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight travel.- You have an ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT, and you are proactive, driven and capable of producing solutions to unforeseen opportunities as they arise.
- You are a RELATIONSHIP BUILDER, with proven ability to build and maintain deep relationships with customers and stakeholders both internally and externally.
- You are RESULTS DRIVEN and SELF-MOTIVATED, with a strong sense of urgency, strong tactical planning skills, service delivery focus and ability to deliver exceptional results while working in an independent and remote environment.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

- Experience working as an outside sales representative, account manager or territory manager.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales metrics and KPI’s while working remotely and independently.
- 2+ years’ experience within a highly regulated industry.
- Solid experience in CRM solutions, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in developing and creating effective sales route-maps/plans.
