Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Sales Talent Agency. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in a designated territory, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and generating new leads through cold calls, networking, and other sales strategies
  • Maintaining and growing existing client relationships, soliciting purchase orders and contracts, and managing sales data and reports
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a service-based industry
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Strong understanding of consultative, solution, and challenger selling techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
