Squamish, Canada RNL Rental Network Ltd. Full time

Rental Network is a growing Equipment Rental company, located in Squamish BC, and is seeking a highly motivated office manager/bookkeeper to oversee daily office procedures and prepare the books of the company to trial balance level. Proficiency with the sage accounting system, excel and ms word are required.

salary / wage will be offered commensurate with the qualifications of the applicant and years of experience.

**Office Manager / Bookkeeper**

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Responsible for leading and performing the day-to-day activities of multiple accounting / bookkeeping functions
- Ensure book keeping and finance issues and processes are appropriately identified and documented
- Review all general ledger accounts monthly to make sure that all entries are recorded accurately
- Accounts Payable and Purchasing - responsibilities may include vendor management, forms, corporate credit cards, expense management, monthly close, and spend analyses
- General Accounting - responsibilities may include fixed assets, working with external auditors, cost accounting, utilization, controls and compliance, monthly close, reconciliations
- meet weekly with management.
- Uphold professionalism by providing courteous customer service to visitors, clients, and vendors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year
