**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:1. Prospecting and Networking**:

- Broaden the Harness brand reputation through effective prospecting and networking of professional advisors, such as, financial planners, estate/insurance planners, account services, or other non-securities related professional advisors and advisors looking to outsource investment management responsibilities.
- Develop, drive, and manage the Harness sales pipeline through its entire lifecycle, ensuring consistent progress.
- Achieve daily activity targets to ensure a robust sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the lead generation and marketing team to generate advisor interest
- Represent Harness at industry events, building and strengthening relationships with Referral Advisors (RAs).

**2. Extending Beyond Platform Offerings**:

- Develop a deep understanding of all relevant services useful to financial planners, estate/insurance planners, account services, or other non-securities related professional advisors and advisors looking to outsource investment management responsibilities.
- Educate advisors on the Purpose family of products

**3. Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Be a motivating presence for Purpose Unlimited customers, employees, and partner relationships.
- Use your voice and expertise to influence and guide Product, Marketing, Sales, and Lead Generation teams, helping to evolve our market strategy and advisor experience.
- Travel as needed to represent and promote the Harness brand across the country.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 10+ years of wholesaling experience, with a strong network of 250+ MFDA advisor business connections.
- Collaborative: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across various teams and stakeholders. Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to identify customer problems and provide tailored solutions.
- Action-driven: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to act without needing direction.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for broader understanding.
- Innovative: Confidence in utilizing new strategies to build a successful wealth management business.
- Data-driven: Strong analytical thinker, using data to overcome objections and drive business growth.
- Integrity: Commitment to doing what is right for our clients.
- Sense of Urgency: Ability to move quickly and efficiently, recognizing that speed is a key asset.
