Working from our Corporate Head office located at **40 Topple Drive, in Burnside, Dartmouth **and reporting to the Billing Manager, the Billing Administrator will be a member of our Finance Team and is responsible for compiling and producing the billing across our 3 main operating divisions.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Billing/invoicing
- Preparing quotes and sales orders for customers
- Create purchase orders & good receipts
- Work closely with inventory team to ensure quantities and prices are accurate
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
- Work in compliance with ISO and company QMS
- Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
- Resolve any issues or mistakes
- Preparing ad hoc analysis to the Finance and Operations managers
- Assist in general administrative support and reporting

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Post secondary Education
- Proven attention to detail
- Working knowledge of ISO
- Excellent Communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel. SAP is an asset
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
