**THE JOB**

Hy-Tech is adding a Management System Coordinator to our growing team to support the Integrated Management System, by developing tools and supporting other departments to ensure the highest level of quality, safety and environmental stewardship throughout the company. This position will heavily support the management of rolling stock. This an exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading company and utilize your skills for both Canadian and International Operations. We are looking to add an ambitious, well-rounded individual with experience in an office environment to carry out the following key responsibilities:

- Assists with the tracking of capital assets by entering mobilization, maintenance and purchase information into the system.
- Understands the back-end functionality of the fleet management online platform, and assists with the management of employee permissions.
- Assists developing processes for efficiencies and to help transfer/retain historical department knowledge. Audits these processes to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.
- Assists with the maintenance, promotion and auditing of Hy-Tech’s Integrated Management System and understands the requirements for adherence to the following standards: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management, ISO 45001:2018 Health & Safety Management, and CDDA’s Drilling Excellence Certification.
- Looks for opportunities to continually improve Hy-Tech’s management system.
- Works with the Management System team and the relevant departments to complete Strategic Planning goals.
- Works with the Executive and Management teams to organize presentation content for business presentations, corporate updates, external meetings and the website. Maintains and updates historical statistics.
- Supports the Administrative Team as required with company events and reception.
- Assists on other projects as directed.

**THE SETTING**

This position is based out of the Company Headquarters in Smithers, BC., with time split between two office locations. Office work environment with some travel required.

**THE SCHEDULE**

Standard working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. There will also be some requirements to be available after hours and on weekends during busy times.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**

- Experience with development and maintenance of company systems is considered an asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and provide a current drivers abstract annually.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
