- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or Master's degree
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems and Sage
- Strong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives
- Experience in process improvement methodologies
