**Responsible Adult Program Manager**

Are you responsible, energetic, personable, resourceful and well-organized? Are you looking to get some experience working with children or working toward sharpening your leadership skills? If so, this may be the job for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed program plans to ensure all activities are age appropriate and engaging.
- Lead and supervise a variety of activities, with the safety of all children being priority at all times.
- Build positive rapport with all children and their families.
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents/caregivers and colleagues

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience and/or education background working with children and youth
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable swimming and participating in a variety of physical activities.
- Training provided
- Complete a satisfactory criminal record check.
- Valid First Aid and CPR-C.

**Schedule**:
School Days (*Split Shifts): 6:00am-8:30am, 2:15pm-6:30pm

Summer Vacation: 7am-5pm (8 hours shifts)

**Wage**:
From $20.99/hr or depends on certification

Pay: From $20.99 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
