**Business Improvement Manager (Service Provider Performance)**

Number of positions: 1 Job Location: Edmonds C02

Employment type: Permanent Region: Lower Mainland

Hours of work: Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Flexible Work Role: Hybrid

Annual salary: $ 107,000.00 - 135,300.00

**What you'll do**
- Provide leadership on Service Level Reporting & Service Provider Performance Measurement, and ensure accuracy is in

place for all Vendor reports.
- Manage, maintain and document Service Level definition and metrics.
- Monitor Service Levels Targets for service level compliance.
- Revise and update service levels in accordance with vendor contract change process.
- Lead performance discussions and dialogue with service providers, identifying areas for action and leading improvement

initiatives.
- Track & monitor Continual Service Improvement initiatives & remediation plan.
- Provide guidance on Projects/work program transition to sustainment.
- Provide input on project deliverables related to IT support sustainment models, reviewing and recommending approval of

deliverables; and updating transition planning related templates.
- Prepare and maintain training material and conduct training on contract operations and processes.
- Manage Service Management tools licenses.
- Perform duties of a minor nature related to the above duties that do not affect the rating of the job.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience Service Provider Operation management.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing contract operations and service management process (ITIL).
- Proven ability to drive vendor performance improvements.
- Advanced performance analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in reporting and benchmarking activities.
- Knowledge on using service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Demonstrated experience on Service Provider sustainment management.
- Demonstrated experience on software license management.
- Experience on Technology procurement management is an asset.
- Financial background including budgeting, planning, and invoicing is an asset.
