**La Ribambelle Daycare**

Under the responsibility of the center’s Director and Daycare, the Daycare Administrative Coordinator assists the team in the accomplishment of their mandates. He will assist the Unit Manager with daily follow-ups of the children’s and their parents’ files. The Daycare Administrative Coordinator is responsible to maintain the tools and processes and collaborates with the members of the Direction and other departments at Head Office.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Codes and performs accounting data
- Treats collection accounts, invoices and cheques for suppliers and emits their payments
- Prepares the deposits, petty cash and transfers to the finance department
- Produces monthly invoices for the Minister of Families in accordance with published guidelines and regulations
- Compiles and enters the data for grants and account declarations for the Ministry of Families
- Verifies and emits financial reports for the collective insurance, governmental remissions, etc.
- Produces monthly invoices for parents following their payment and emits tax receipts
- Transmits the ICSGE report to the Ministry of Families
- Manages the employee’s files and answers their questions
- Updates the mandatory training reports for the employees and facilities
- Participates in the updating of the database and accounting tools
- Accomplishes any other related task in relation with the position

**PROFILE REQUIRED**
- College diploma in administration, finance or an equivalent
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a daycare center
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the daycare centers network software ACCEO (asset)
- Bilingual: French and English (oral and written)
- Demonstrates good judgement and an excellent sense of priorities
- Excellent capacity to work in a team setting, under pressure and with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrate integrity, discretion and professionalism
- Occasional travel to Head Office (15 minute walk from the center)

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- **Job Type**: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday - day shift
- **Salary**: Depending on experience
