- Monitoring project milestones and ensuring that they are met by communicating with project managers
- Reviewing cost reports to ensure that expenses are within budget guidelines
- Analyzing project schedules to identify delays or problems that may occur in the future
- Reviewing reports from key team members to ensure that they contain accurate information about project status
- Recommending changes to project objectives or strategies to improve performance
- Coordinating with clients or customers to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project
- Analyzing the financial status of projects to identify areas where costs could be reduced or where additional funding may be required
- Preparing reports detailing project status and providing recommendations for improvement
- Coordinating meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status or changes that may be required
- Establish and maintain project records, including schedule, Logs, change orders, RFIs, construction documentation
- Develops and implements appropriate project controls tools, templates, systems
- Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications
- Collect the necessary information required to start projects

**Skills and Qualifications***:

- Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects
- Demonstrated experience in project management and coordinating project activities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Experience and/or training the areas of cybersecurity or information technology is highly desirable
- Project management training and/or certification is highly desirable
- A Bachelor's degree or certificate/diploma in a relevant field is highly desirable
- Experience or training with Microsoft Project is highly desirable
