**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Corporate Director of Human Resources and Talent Recruitment, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Human Resources and Recruitment operations across all areas of the business. The work location for this role is at our Burnaby Head Office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attending interviews as assigned
- Completing phone interviews as assigned
- Completing reference checks
- Monitoring training needs.
- Scheduling training as required.
- Preparing employment verification letters
- Supporting the creation and updating of corporate policy, including formatting.
- Sending and receiving new hire paperwork for indirect hires.
- Participating in the orientation for indirect hires.
- Supporting the administration of Performance Reviews
- Supporting the administration and research related to Training Plans
- Researching, preparing for and attending recruitment related events
- Assisting with the dispatch of direct workers as assigned by the Corporate Director of Talent Recruitment and Human Resources

Qualification
- Experience in Human Resources Administration or Coordination
- Experience in Recruitment and Onboarding
- Excellent Communication and Organization Skills Required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
