We are seeking a talented and self-motivated
**Human Resources Coordinator**
for our Security Services branch in Burnaby, BC.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in all areas of HR (recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, training, policy and procedures)
- Maintain, organize, and coordinate accurate and comprehensive employee records
- Create and enforce a recruiting plan for the BC branch.
- Consult with different account managers to discover staff requirements.
- Lead onboarding and new-employee orientation.
- Lead and represent GardaWorld on employment/career events.
- Ensure HR compliance in accordance with the ISO 9000 requirements in terms of the full cycle process, document control and confidentiality

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- Previous experience in Recruitment and/or HR
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word, as well as experience using an applicant tracking system
