**Job Details**
**Title**: Office Move Coordinator (Move Management)
**Career** **Level**: Entry-Level
- Work in collaboration with outside sales representatives to execute booked office moves
- Connect with clients to ensure their move is set up for success as well as provide any updates or changes as required
- Data entry, administration, use of software programs to ensure all information is accurately reflected
- Work with operations and accounting teams to assist with resolving any concerns which may arise either during the office move or post move
- Conduct regular post move follow up phone calls to clients
- Initiate claims process with client as needed
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Customer service experience is mandatory
- Ideal skills: teamwork, detail oriented, organization, ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize
- Computer literacy is necessary (i.e. Microsoft Office)
- Inside sales/account management experience an asset
- Moving industry experience (preferred but not required)

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
