**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Clerk. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mail/Courier**: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- **Filing**: Maintain filing to ensure organization and accessibility of documents.
- **Office Supplies**: Order, receive, and manage office supplies inventory.
- **Client & Broker Billings and Statements**: Preparation and completion of monthly/quarterly billings and statements.
- **Monitoring**: Keep track of rates, terms, and changes for services provided by Pacific First. Monitor client enrollments and changes.
- **Support Business Operations**: Provide support for various business operations tasks such as data entry, client data changes/updates, and correspondence.

**General Duties**:

- Client enrollments, data changes and updates.
- Identify and report any system problems or concerns.
- Participate in meetings, special projects, and events as required.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and follow up with clients.

**Demonstrated Capabilities**:

- Attention to detail and adherence to processes.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
- Comfortable working in a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in administrative roles preferred but not required.

**Hours & Vacation**
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (1 hour lunch)
- Statutory Holidays: off
- Vacation: starting at 2 weeks/year (first year), 3 weeks/year (after first year)

Pay: $34,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
