The Administration Support Clerk must be able to “float” between various jobs within the office in order to cover off for planned and unplanned employee absences as well as to assist staffing levels in meeting peaks in demand and volume.

**Job Duties**:
The Administrative Support Clerk is required to be able to fill in for the following positions:

- Accounts Payable Clerk
- Print Shop Clerk
- Accounts Receivable Clerk
- Customer Service Clerk
- Receptionist
- Other general duties may be assigned

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
