**Mandate**:
**Primary administrative responsibilities include**:

- Support Ontario executives in planning and coordinating meetings, managing boardroom logistics, and organizing corporate events.
- Assist departments in compiling data for various reports, clerical tasks, collecting and organizing invoices and other administrative duties as assigned.

**Receptionist responsibilities include**:

- Greet and direct visitors to appropriate contacts.
- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority posts, packages, courier services and other correspondence.
- Receive and distribute all forms of correspondence (i.e. incoming faxes).
- Maintain the reception in a tidy and presentable manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of corporate receptionist or administrative assistant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
